Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Splicko — including the website at splicko.com and the Splicko Shopify app — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Splicko.

2. What Splicko does

Splicko is a Shopify app that scans product catalogs, scores AI readability, and applies optimizations to improve visibility to AI shopping agents. Results depend on your store's data and may vary. We do not guarantee specific rankings or visibility in any AI platform.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have authority to install the app on your Shopify store. You are responsible for reviewing optimizations before publishing them to your store. You must comply with Shopify's terms of service at all times.

4. Billing

A free tier is available. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. You can cancel anytime through Shopify. Refunds follow Shopify's policies.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Splicko app, website, and brand. You own your store data. Optimizations we generate for your products are yours to use.

6. Limitation of liability

Splicko is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, ranking changes, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Splicko is solely responsible for the application. Shopify is not liable for any faults in the application and cannot provide support for it.

7. Data handling

See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. By using Splicko, you consent to data handling as described there.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You can uninstall the app through Shopify. We may suspend access for terms violations with notice.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Splicko after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
